My Whole Heart exists to nurture emotional literacy in children and families by providing tools that help them recognize, understand, and express their feelings with courage and clarity. Rooted in lived experience and guided by faith, our mission is to create safe spaces where kids can grow up knowing that every emotion has value, every story matters, and every heart deserves to be heard, whole and unhidden.
We believe that emotional wellness starts young, and by teaching children to connect their thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations, we are shaping a generation that is more empathetic, resilient, and empowered.
